The Framework for Positive Behaviour
We have put in place a shared system for managing student behaviour, which we consider a crucial aspect of our efforts to promote positive behaviour and create an environment conducive to learning and social growth. By adopting this framework, we can gauge the effectiveness of our behaviour management strategies, establish a positive atmosphere for daily learning, and empower students to manage their own and others' behaviour at school.
We are aware of how important it is to acknowledge good work because it can be a very fulfilling experience for students. The purpose of this award programme is to recognise and reward responsible individuals while also helping students develop self-discipline and moral values. A collection of stickers (10 types) is utilised by all teachers and staff to acknowledge students' displays of positive behaviours. In addition to this award, we consistently provide informative feedback to students, highlighting their accomplishments and the methods they employed. This empowers them to reflect on their behaviour and learning, utilising the feedback as a guide for their future actions.
In 2021 and 2024, we were awarded the "Outstanding Moral Education Teaching Award" by the Education Bureau. Our achievements were also highly praised and acknowledged in the External School Review (ESR) in 2022.
In 2023, our team was honored with the "Caring School" award under the Caring School Award Scheme.
In 2023, we were honoured to receive the "Excellent Happy Campus Award" and the "Special Happy Campus Award” from the "Happy Campus Award Program" organised by the Chief Happiness Officer Association and co-organised by the UNESCO Hong Kong Association. These accolades recognise our school's ongoing efforts in prioritising our students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
